How often is the room cleaned if I stay several nights in a row?
We leave it to you to decide, whether you want daily cleaning of the room, when you stay several nights in a row. In the same way as you can decide when you want your towels changed. This means that we do not automatically clean your room, we let you decide. We automatically clean your room on the 4th day.
If you still want daily cleaning of the room and/or new towels, we are happy to do so. You just have to notify the reception before 10PM the night before. Remember to provide us with your room number.
Where can I park my car, and what is the price?
You can park your car about 600 meters from the hotel in a monitored multi-storey carpark at the Royal Danish Playhouse. We offer a special price at
Electric cars, hydrogen cars and electric motorcycles can park for free at street level on public parking spaces. This exception’s does not apply to plug-in hybrid cars.

The charging stations are managed by the companies Clever or E.ON.

It is also possible to use Jeudan's car park for parking electric cars.
Daily price in the car park costs
There are more than 100 Clever electric charging points in the car park. Charging takes place by downloading Clever's app to your smartphone and in that way start charging and pay based on the current kilowatt price.
Please note that no special reservation is required for arrival by electric car, but we point out that there are only a limited number of electric charging stations in the car park.

How can I get to the hotel?
If you need transport from Copenhagen Airport to our hotel, you can take a taxi or use the metro directly from Terminal 3. If you choose the metro, your stop is Kongens Nytorv from where you have about a five-minute walk to Copenhagen Strand.
If you arrive in Copenhagen with the ferry from Oslo, you can take bus line 20E free of charge. The bus departs from the DFDS Terminal on Dampfærgevej via Østerport Station towards Kongens Nytorv, just outside the department store Magasin Du Nord. From this stop, you have a five-minute walk to our hotel. Read more here.
